People who like bright colors often have a difficult time finding a sophisticated design.  I think this fabric is the answer.  The striped pattern has a rich combination of bright colors softened with a pale turquoise.  The three stripes have a wonderful woven pattern using ivory to give softness to the colors.  Turquoise trim was hand applied vertically on the stripes. Colors of the same intensity (brightness) would be great with Brights and Stripes.
