WELCOME… Thank you for visiting Pillow Galleria. I am proud and honored to create one of kind custom made pillows with hand applied trims and decoration…each is a work of art. Because trims and decorations are applied by hand and not by machine you will have a beautiful custom and unique look. With all decorations, beadwork and trims being more fragile, these items will need to be in a place which respects this.   My goal is to provide excellent customer service so you are pleased with your purchase…and we hope you shop often at Pillow Galleria.  Thank you and enjoy.

 

Shipping

The pillow will ship to you via best method within 3-5 days of your received payment. Should you need priority shipping, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will e-mail a quote. The shipping cost will include the total amount for both shipping and handling. Please make certain the shipping address is correct. International shipping will be individually quoted as there are many variables. Please e-mail the address and time requirements and I will provide a total cost to you.

 

Returns

Each item is thoroughly reviewed before it is shipped, however if your order has damage contact me with an explanation of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Should there be another reason for a return, please contact me and we can discuss the circumstances and the reason for the return request. This request must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product. If a refund is agreed to, the purchase price, excluding shipping costs will be refunded. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment less the shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and a return tracking number should be used to protect against lost items as Pillow Galleria is not responsible for any lost items. If your item has been custom made for you it is not returnable.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQ’S

Due to variations in the photography and computer monitors there may be slight color variances between the photos and the actual items. Pillows are hand crafted using the finest materials from around the world; most are one of a kind and cannot be duplicated. Please contact me with any questions you may have before making your purchase so all of your questions are answered before we ship. This will ensure you are pleased with your order when it arrives and most importantly it is just what you expected and you love your new purchase!
